The first step for Wanda was Identifying Limiting Beliefs:

By anchoring motivation to a specific cue, such as a visualization or affirmation, we can access that state whenever we need a boost of motivation. This technique helps us stay focused and committed to taking action, even when faced with obstacles. For Wanda we set an anchor on her hand that allows her to choose the mood of excitement and pleasure with exercise

Overcoming Procrastination:

Procrastination is a common barrier to taking action. NLP provides effective strategies to overcome this habit and increase productivity. Techniques such as the “Swish Pattern” can help rewire our subconscious mind, replacing the habit of procrastination with a proactive mindset. By visualizing ourselves taking action and experiencing the positive outcomes, we can reprogram our minds to associate pleasure and fulfillment with taking immediate action. Whether it be for exercise like Wanda or even simple things like; daily chores and organization. The Swish technique can have profound effects for clients.

Some people need more pressure on them to get their goals and some like Wanda need the pressure taken off. Creating a deadline with the right amount of pressure is useful.
